Welcome to Diva Me Bella!

I’m Danielle Leighton — an esthetician in multiple states, airbrush specialist, and proud founder of Diva Me Bella LLC. My artistry began taking shape in college, and in 2016, I turned that passion into a full-time career by launching Diva Me Bella. Today, we’re a luxury on-location hair and makeup team specializing in weddings, special events, commercials, and film throughout Illinois and Indiana, with the added experience of serving destination weddings for clients who want our signature touch wherever their celebration takes them.

My training includes industry-leading programs through Universal Spa Training Academy in Medical Aesthetics, MAC Cosmetics, and Make Up First, paired with a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing. I also hold certifications in Bloodborne Pathogens and have studied chemistry, anatomy, and physiology — not just for credentials, but to refine my artistry by understanding bone structure, lighting, and how contours and highlights interact with facial features. Combined with my ingredient expertise and years of skin analysis in the chair, this allows me to instantly adapt to each client’s skin type — whether oily, dry, or combination — and choose the right products for a flawless, lasting finish.

At Diva Me Bella, our artists are licensed/certified and insured professionals in hair and makeup artistry. We blend skill, precision, and creativity to deliver custom, camera-ready beauty that looks stunning in person and photographs and films beautifully. Our team travels directly to you, and we also proudly spotlight our work in salons across Illinois and Indiana, collaborating with local talent to bring elevated beauty experiences to more clients.
