Event details?
The event will be held on January 8, 2023 at Loft 329 329 Waukegan Ave. Highwood, IL 60040. Depending on the ticket purchased, access granted to Loft A and/or B at certain times.
When should I arrive?
We strongly recommend getting here 15 minutes prior to the start of your ticketed time. Networking will take place from 12-2:30p in Loft B.
Where should I park?
There is free street parking all along Waukegan Avenue.

I'm not sure if I have a ticket. How can I check?
Check your email’s inbox and spam folder that you used to purchase the ticket. Click on the order to see the details of the ticket purchased. If someone else purchased a ticket for you, it would be linked to their email.

After I purchase my ticket what should I do?
Well, start counting down the days (or hours). But, get plugged in to our Facebook group. You will get a link with your receipt to the private group with a community of cinematographers who have built a positive environment for sharing and learning with one another.
Can I register more then 1 person?
Yes. The entire point of this meetup is to connect. Bring your team, your second shooter and make them part of this amazing event. Just make sure you use a unique email address for everyone you register.
Can I buy a MEET UP ticket only?
Yes. It is called a Networking Ticket. Loft 329 has 2 separate studios, Loft A and Loft B. The meetup will take place in a separate location - Loft B. Loft A is where a limited number of cinematographers will be shooting the models during certain timeframes.
I don't have a ticket. Can I just show up?
Nope. The event space has capacity restrictions. Everyone must have a ticket!
Can I transfer my ticket or get a refund?
No. All ticket sales are final.
I can't find my receipt or I never got one in my email. HELP!

Do I need a certain skill level?
Absolutely not. Every skill level is welcome!
Where will event information be posted?
Everything is on the private FB group. The link was sent to you with your receipt. If you don’t have it – look up the group on Facebook at: USA ASPIRING AND PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS.
How come I was not emailed any information?
As was stated on the event page and in the email receipt – all communication happens via the Facebook group. Why? We don’t want to spam you.
What gear should I bring?
Some people bring all their gear and some pack light. Bring whatever you want to shoot with— camera bodies, lenses, flashes, tripods, etc. It’s an open light studio with limited space. Check out the space at LOFT 329 – here is a virtual walk through to help you come up with a game plan.
What do I need to attend the event?
Your ticket. You will not be able to check in without it. Not even if your dog ate it.
How many cinematographers will be allowed in with the models at one time?
The maximum number of cinematographers allowed with models is 15 during ticketed times of 11:30a-2:30p. The maximum number allowed for the workshop is 12.
How many models will there be?
This number is dependent on ticket sales. The minimum is 5 models, the maximum 10. Help us spread the word and we will get as many paid models as possible!
