A multi-channel marketing campaign created to promote a special in-clinic event. This included digital flyers, website graphics, in-office signage, social media content, and email/SMS announcements.
My Role & Contribution:

Lunch & Learn Event Campaign
A comprehensive promotional campaign created to increase attendance and consultation bookings for a dual-surgeon Lunch & Learn event featuring Dr. Tripti Burt and Dr. Neena Will. This initiative highlighted key surgical and non-surgical offerings while strengthening patient education and brand engagement.
My Role & Contribution:
– Designed all event graphics, including the main flyer, digital collateral, and in-office signage
– Crafted messaging, layout, and branding to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
– Integrated a custom QR code that linked to the dedicated event page on the Wix site I built
– Produced supporting social media content across Instagram and Facebook, including stories, reels, and countdown reminders
– Managed email and SMS announcements to drive awareness and early RSVPs
– Updated website content and created seamless funnel paths to encourage registration
Impact:
The campaign boosted visibility for both surgeons, generated strong attendance, and increased consultation requests, while creating a cohesive and user-friendly event experience across digital and in-clinic channels.

Fall Beauty Event — Full-Scale Campaign & Revenue Growth
A comprehensive, high-impact marketing campaign developed for Burt & Will Plastic Surgery & Dermatology’s annual Fall Beauty Event—one of the practice’s two largest non-surgical promotions of the year. This initiative drives major revenue, surgeon visibility, and patient engagement across multiple locations.
My Role & Contribution:
I fully managed this event from concept to completion, overseeing every digital and in-clinic marketing element, including:
– Designing all event graphics, flyers, posters, and in-office signage
– Developing the branding, messaging, and promotional strategy
– Creating and deploying multi-channel email and SMS campaigns
– Producing social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and stories
– Managing day-of sales, patient communication, and high-volume call flow
– Supporting front office teams and coordinating execution across departments
– Integrating a custom QR code linked to the event page on the Wix site I built
– Optimizing the clinic’s Shopify storefront to enable online purchasing and integration
Impact:
A comprehensive, high-impact marketing campaign developed for Burt & Will Plastic Surgery & Dermatology’s annual Fall Beauty Event—one of the practice’s two largest non-surgical promotions of the year. This initiative drives major revenue, surgeon visibility, and patient engagement across multiple locations, with my campaign efforts contributing approximately one-fifth of the total event revenue.

Regenerative Medicine Social Media Carousel — Dr. Nora Ibrahim
A visually driven educational carousel created to introduce patients to the four core regenerative treatment modalities offered by Dr. Nora Ibrahim: Morpheus8, GLP-1 therapies, Sculptra, and NAD+. This piece was designed to simplify complex medical concepts, reinforce Dr. Ibrahim’s expertise in advanced aesthetic science, and drive interest in complementary combination therapies.
My Role & Contribution:
– Designed a clean, modern, multi-slide carousel optimized for Instagram and Facebook
– Created visual hierarchy using overlapping treatment bubbles to illustrate synergy between modalities
– Developed clear, accessible messaging to explain each regenerative therapy
– Aligned colors, typography, and layout with the practice’s aesthetic identity
– Strategically positioned the “Regenerative Medicine” center bubble to anchor the treatment family
– Integrated a slide progression structure to encourage users to swipe through for full education
– Paired the carousel with a CTA and complementary caption designed to increase consultations
Impact:
This carousel strengthened patient understanding of regenerative treatments, increased social engagement, and positioned Dr. Ibrahim as a leader in modern regenerative medicine. The post supported increased consultation inquiries for Morpheus8, Sculptra, and GLP-1 combination therapy protocols.

Inverted Nipple Surgery —
Full Webpage Design & SEO Build

A complete educational webpage built from scratch to enhance patient understanding of Inverted Nipple Surgery while strengthening the practice’s SEO authority in breast procedures. This project involved creating custom medical illustrations, writing comprehensive patient-friendly content, and developing the entire page directly in WordPress.
My Role & Contribution:
– Designed all anatomical diagrams and educational visuals to clearly explain the procedure
– Wrote fully optimized long-form copy covering causes, surgical steps, recovery, risks, and benefits
– Structured the page for SEO performance using keyword research, metadata, alt-text, and internal linking
– Built and formatted the entire page within WordPress, including layout styling and mobile responsiveness
– Applied UX/UI best practices to improve readability, patient trust, and conversion flow
– Ensured all medical language was accurate, compliant, and aligned with surgeon preferences
– Integrated CTAs and navigation elements to drive consultations for breast procedures
Impact:
This project significantly improved the clarity and quality of the practice’s breast procedure content, strengthened organic search positioning for “inverted nipple surgery” and related keywords, and elevated the overall user experience on the site. The page became one of the most comprehensive educational resources in the breast section, supporting higher engagement and contributing to an increase in consult requests.

Website Design & Redesign — Multi-Site Digital Overhaul
A full-scale website design and modernization initiative completed across two platforms: a brand-new Wix website (burtandwillmd.co) built entirely from scratch, and an ongoing redesign + SEO optimization of the WordPress website (burtplasticsurgery.com). The goal of this project was to enhance user experience, improve search visibility, and unify branding across all digital touchpoints for Burt & Will Plastic Surgery & Dermatology.

– Developed site architecture, navigation flow, and user experience

Impact:
The combined website updates improved organic search performance, strengthened brand consistency, and created a more polished, modern digital presence across platforms. A conceptual paid advertising strategy showcasing my approach to Meta and Google Ads campaign development. This mockup highlights how I plan, structure, and optimize campaigns to support non-surgical and surgical growth while maintaining medical advertising compliance.

Impact:
While this project uses conceptual layouts to protect confidential practice data, it reflects the actual strategic thinking, creative direction, and analytical process I apply to every paid campaign I manage. The framework consistently improves lead quality, enhances traffic performance, and supports multi-location patient acquisition.
