Before your PMU / Cosmetic Tattooing appointment, DO NOT:

Pluck, wax, or thread your eyebrows: It's important to avoid any form of hair removal on your eyebrows leading up to your appointment. This ensures that your technician has enough natural hair to work with and creates the desired shape during the microblading process.
Use retinol or exfoliating products or chemical peel/dermabrasion: Refrain from using retinol, glycolic acid, or any other exfoliating products on or around your eyebrows for at least one week before your appointment. These products can thin the skin and make it more sensitive during the procedure.
Take blood-thinning medications or supplements: Avoid medications or supplements that thin the blood, such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, or any other blood-thinning medications, as they can increase the risk of bleeding and affect the outcome of the procedure. If you are on any prescribed medications, consult with your doctor before discontinuing their use.

Booking Policies for PMU

To ensure a smooth and efficient booking process for our PMU services, we have the following policies in place:

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled either online through our website or by contacting our customer service team directly. We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot.
Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your appointment. The retainer amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and can be paid online or in-person at our studio. The retainer will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice or multiple rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Late Arrival: We strive to maintain a punctual schedule to provide the best service to all our clients. If you arrive more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and will result in forfeiture of retainer. If you would like to reschedule a new retainer and full service fee will still apply.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, where you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the retainer will be forfeited, and future bookings may require a new retainer.
Consultation: We highly recommend scheduling a consultation prior to your PMU appointment, especially if you have specific concerns or preferences. Consultations allow us to assess your needs, provide detailed information, and address any questions or uncertainties you may have.
Touch-up Appointments: For optimal results, a touch-up appointment is usually scheduled 6 to 8 weeks after the initial PMU session. This touch-up helps refine and perfect the permanent makeup. It is important to book your touch-up appointment 30 days in advance or before you leave the initial PMU session to secure your preferred date and time. If you fail to attend the scheduled touch-up session, the complimentary touch-up will be forfeited. Should you wish to reschedule the touch-up, it will be subject to the touch-up fee schedule.
Payment: Full payment for the PMU service is required on the day of your appointment. We accept various forms of payment, such as: cash, credit cards, cash apps (Zelle/Venmo/Paypal) or electronic bank transfers. Payment with a credit card or electronic bank transfer is subject to a 4% transaction fee.

Aftercare Guidelines for PMU Eyebrows (Dry Healing Method):

For the best results, follow these aftercare instructions carefully and keep your eyebrows extremely dry for the next 10 days. Dry healing helps retain more detail, better color, and crisp strokes.

Cleaning: For the first 48 hours, use fragrance-free baby wipes 2-3 times a day to gently clean your eyebrows. Only use the provided aftercare cream if needed when your eyebrows feel tight or dry. Apply a very thin layer in one direction. Avoid water contact.
Do not touch or scratch your eyebrows: It's important to resist the temptation to touch or scratch your eyebrows, as this can disrupt the healing process and affect the final outcome.
Showering: Keep your face out of the shower stream. Wash your hair carefully to avoid moisture reaching your eyebrows. If they accidentally get moist, pat them dry with clean, dry paper towels. Limit showers to minimize steam exposure. Consider using shower caps to protect both hair and eyebrows.
Face Washing: Wet a paper towel or fragrance-free baby wipes to wash around your eyebrows. Avoid splashing water directly on your face. Keep your eyebrows dry and clean.
Blotting: Use product-free blotting paper 3 times a day for normal skin and 6 times a day for oily skin. Gently blot on top of the brows and the surrounding area to absorb any excess oil or moisture.

Fruit acids
